Asa's first Mother's Day
The highlights of Mother's Day for me were breakfast in bed, including freshly baked chocolate chip cookies (that's my love language!) and a pizza and ice cream date with my sweet daughter. Thank you, Father, for these precious children and for my mother and others who have modeled motherhood for me. It is the most difficult thing I've ever undertaken and the greatest privilege and joy.

Great pictures! Is that a Mei Tei Emmy is wearing? I'll bet you had either just kissed Asa's cheeks in that picture, or were about to! :)
Hey Brea, it is a mei tei- the one Gwen sent to me. And it's a safe bet just about anytime that I have just kissed that boy's cheeks or am about to!:)
